The developers designed this wallet mainly for those that are well into cryptocurrency, not for newbies. An inexperienced user will definitely find this wallet difficult to operate. So I do not recommend this wallet for newbies.
Monero core wallet provides high quality security to the user. The user is in charge of the secret key. The privacy and safety of the cryptocurrency in this wallet is ensured.
