I've been using the Neon wallet for a few days now. I downloaded the desktop version to my computer, my download was instant. First of all, to be honest we can only use it for the pc version of the wallet, it didn't create a good interaction for me
After registering in the wallet, he gave me a key code as private security protection. However, I do not like that it does not provide security other than this security system.
I learned how to use the wallet very quickly because the user interface is very easy.
After knowing a little about the use of his wallet, I immediately tried to trade. My transactions have been completed very quickly. I also think it's great that this wallet allows us to trade many popular currencies, including its own currency NEO.
However, when it comes to security, as I mentioned above, I cannot rely on keeping my assets in the wallet. Because there are not many security options.
Sometimes my money transfers can take a lot of time in the wallet, and I am very upset that there is no link to reach the customer support team to report problems like this.
Finally, I think there should be many improvements, including the disruptions in the wallet. I think it will result in user loss if the wallet is not developed further.
