Though it mostly supports ethereum, other coins like bitcoin, litecoin etc are supported here too. It doesnt use a debit card for deposit. Trust wallet appears to be open Sourced and close sourced. It comes with a good graphic design enabling its user's interface. Launched in 2016, Trust wallet doesnt attract any transaction fees as it is totally free to setup the wallet.
