Uphold is an exchange platform that was founded in the year 2014 which supports about 23 fiat currencies, 9 cryptocurrencies and 4 precious metals. It's has a very solid security although it has suffered a minor security challenge in the year 2018 of which no serious step was taken as to refund lost funds to users. I think this incidence has cost the platform many users as so many traders are scared of suffering another loss and for the fact that no serious step was
The platform is known to charge a high fee and has a very poor customer service support and is highly regulated. I would recommend this platform for people who love regulated websites but aside these people, no one else for now because I'm sure Uphold would work on themselves and provide the best service an exchange platform
