They took my BAT

I opened up the wallet with the minimum deposit of 25 Basic Attention Tokens (BAT), but didn't check my settings on the Brave browser. This company, Uphold, took back 20 BAT as a "donation" as this was the default option in the setting (who checks the settings when opening an account, in case it is set to giving donations to the company?) . Of course I contacted customer service to ask for my BAT be refunded as this transfer was done without my knowledge - they refused, and could only suggest I contact Brave.

Also, they want close to AU$18 in BAT to transfer funds. Will never transfer any money or crypto into Uphold ever ag
