The first berry picker arrived with bent/broken prongs and the wide metal part the prongs were welded to was crooked (both relative to the red plastic box and the metal prongs). I figured this was simply a defective piece that got through 'the line'. I returned it and ordered a new one (both of which were thankfully easy to do). Bad product, don't buy. Followed directions to use 3/16" drill bit, but dry wall anchors that come with the package are too small for that size hole, just fell out or rotated when attempting to use. Poor design. Attempted to use a smaller drill bit but dry wall anchors are of such bad quality that they just bent/ morphed instead of going into wall. We have two dogs, a big, gentle one, and a smaller, fiercer one. They both love soft toys. Big Dog carried this around for about a day, lightly chewing on it now and then and having a great time.
