I am also having problems with my recent purchase of these bags. Perforation not working. I have to cut them. The previous purchase was successful. The second purchase is not satisfied.

I've bought these litter boxes a few times and they've been fine in the past, but this last order was different. There is almost no perforation so I can't tear them without tearing them unless I use scissors or a sharp blade. Considering looking for another brand.

These bags are the perfect size for a small wastepaper basket and are made from good, durable plastic. They are dark gray and transparent. The only problem is that the perforation that separates the bags and is supposed to allow for quick separation is not sufficiently punched. So it's impossible to tear one wrap from another and you'll have to use scissors! Very uncomfortable!
