Exactly what I needed. The standard API test kit can use multiple spare tubes. I bought these when one of mine broke. There are no complaints, but it would be even better if they came with a dropper or syringe for quick refills. The API kit should also contain something similar.

I find it expensive for what you get. The reason I had to order them is because they are so fragile and I broke the ones that came with my water test kit. If you only remove the cover, they can break. Honestly, I'll be looking at alternative test tubes in the future.

We bought these for our daughter's new aquarium when we learned about the cycles required for an aquatic ecosystem. She used them several times a week for 3 months and they still work perfectly. I recommend a stand or something to hold the tubes upright so you don't accidentally break them - they're glass.
