Terrible quality! - Accessories and consumables

I bought them to light my reptile (lamp). I had to attach the lamp and cords to the stands. At first I thought I had scored a lot of goals. I was looking for something cheaper than the Velcro brand because I needed about 20 strips. On first use they worked well and held up securely. However, the problem arises when one has to remove them in order to reposition, move, etc. The strips literally fall apart and separate, they can no longer be used. I was hoping to use the leftover strips to tie upโ€ฆ

The fastening cables become loose and become unusable within a short time.

Been using it for a few months now. Initially they worked very well as expected. However, I've now discovered that some have started separating the front and back, meaning each strap is actually two pieces glued together. The adhesive appears to have come loose and then you either cannot remove the tape properly or reuse it. This applies to both those that are already in use and those that are not yet in use. When I photograph a new one, sometimes it splits in two, the top part separates fromโ€ฆ

They don't last long: Cable management

I usually buy ONE-WRAP Velcro cable ties but foolishly thought I'd save a few bucks by buying them. These things are terrible and here's why: 1) The "loop" (fuzzy) side of these strips is much lower quality than the brand name and sheds fibers. Almost like cheap felt material. 2) They are significantly thicker than Velcro brand cable ties. 3) Biggest issue: The zip tie is in two separate pieces glued together and they started falling apart as soon as I opened the package they came in. They work (if they have them)

Once in place they're fine so I'll give them two stars but most of them are split down the middle leaving you with separate hook and pile strips instead of a hook side and pile side binding remain. If you're careful not to let them fall apart completely when you take them out of the main pack, they're perfectly usable (as long as you put them in semi-permanently), but if you let them fall apart completely, then you're screwed, and they will definitely try to fall apart again if/when you try toโ€ฆ

Don't plan to approach the count of 50 as advertised. Read on to see why! UPDATED REVIEW.

Just this evening I tried to use it and was a little disappointed. They were delivered quickly and I loved being able to put them in a drawer without looking at them. I took them out tonight to tidy up the cables at my work place. These are poorly assembled. Almost half of them are glued or two parts are separated so they don't stick together to hold. This was very disappointing as they are not cheap and long enough to be really useful. Update: I originally voted 2 stars and wrote the firstโ€ฆ

Not so great after a long time in the field!

Once again I'm getting more and more annoyed as the time keeps going. 99% of them are delaminated, even the ones I've never used, those ARE IN MY INDOOR AIR CONDITIONED WORKSHOP! Serious! It's terrible. I know it's only a few bucks but basically and because of the great inconvenience I have to go through my entire inventory to find and replace ALL of that packaging. Yes No. I would give 0/5 if I could. Update: So many of my zip ties are starting to delaminate! :(The adhesive seems to failโ€ฆ
