Fabulous! Biodegradable straws that really work

After years of using paper straws that biodegrade within ten seconds of putting them in a drink, I was very happy to find these bamboo straws. You just know what I like. YMMV.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Reliability

Good quality, long lasting and no weird taste

These are the excellent compostable straws I have used. They do not disintegrate after soaking in drinks. I tried different ways. And with other plastic alternatives, the taste of paper and metal often bothers me, but these straws don't have that problem, even for drinking warm drinks. Another plus is the nice thick paper packaging, the product arrived in excellent condition. I like the way they are packaged, the box opens on the side so taking it out of the box is much easier than pulling it…

NO LIP STICK made of paper and plastic

Finally compostable. These straws really lasted all day every day with all the ones I used. I carry my drinks a lot unless I use a straw and I hated using so much plastic and these bamboo fiber straws check every box for the environment I examined and thank goodness they have mine Lips not skinned due to autoimmune disease Her chapped lips are stuck to regular paper, also they came in a recyclable box lined with paper which I think also served to keep them from falling out right away, they are…

Straw-Like Straw

After plastic straws were banned in our city, we thought we should give it a thought. We don't often use straws at home, usually use cups or bottles with included or built in plastic or metal reusable straws, and we have some metal reusable straws. But we keep a small box of straws in our closet for when a disposable straw makes sense. We've tried various "compostable" paper or vegetable straws, but they tend to dry out, crack, disintegrate, or otherwise fail to survive the drinking experience.

Pros
  • Household Goods
Cons
  • High Price
