🚗 Chevy/GMC Vinyl Windshield Cover - Camco 45244 (Beige), 1997-Present Review

It protects our cabin, lowers the temperature inside and also offers much more privacy than a cheap curtain on the front seats.

Can't believe how well this works for the price. I love that it goes easily over my RV's Ford 350 Cab. Looks nice. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star rating is because the bag it comes in is very cheap. Doesn't look like it will last long.

Everything is fine and does what I wanted. I thought I ordered the CAMCO cap but the Gold Coast came. The number on the front and back of the box says it's for Chevy/GMC, but it fits my 1988 Ford E350. At the bottom of the box is a number looking for Ford. I think this is a replacement for what I ordered.

This is a very light cover compared to what I've had for about 15 years. I doubt it will last anywhere as long as my last one, but I don't plan on keeping the camper for much longer. The price was about 30% better so it suits my purpose. If you plan to use the case for many years, it is better to buy a heavier case. This case fits well and is great for my needs so I'm happy with the product for the price.

Initial thought was that it was well packaged and folds up nice and compact when not in use. The one bottom magnet on each side held up well when placed on the RV, but that's about all it was nice about. The material was quite flimsy, and the "security tabs" to prevent unwanted removal were thin strips lightly sewn on. I bought this for a 1988 Ford E350 Motorhome. The car is parked east so the morning sunlight falls directly on the windshield. In the summer, this sunlight quickly built up heat in the car. With this coating, neither light nor heat penetrates the interior. This has greatly improved cooling and should keep the dash and front seats in good shape for a long time. Vinyl outer cover with inner flannel lining. The windshield cover is very easy to install on a 1987 Fleetwood Rally Motorhome. There are two corner hinges that go through the outside corner of the passenger and driver's doors, and the underside of each of these edges is held in place by a magnet.
