Proper High Pressure Compressor Regulator

I recently bought a large air compressor to replace my old one. I tried my old regulator but it couldn't handle the pressure of my new one so I bought this to run my compressor. So far everything works perfectly, I am satisfied with the quality and the price I paid.

Pros
  • Max Temp 250 degrees Fahrenheit
Cons
  • Expensive

You need a pressure regulator designed for higher pressure.

I needed a pressure regulator that could handle pressures higher than 150psi like most flow rates Two gauge ports allow for mounting options Nice metal body instead of plastic like some other regulators.

Pros
  • 1/2" NPT connection
Cons
  • Not sure

Heed the warning of leakage problems!

Others here said it was leaking but thought I'd try to see if it was quality control related. My squad was no different. It held pressure for the first few pressure checks of the new system and then failed miserably at 150psi and wouldn't stop leaking from the relief valve. It is located next to the adjustment screw. It's a shame as these devices are widely used at the large aerospace facility where I work. I wonder if Revain is marriage? Save yourself the trouble because it might crash after…

  • Max pressure 250psi for safety
