800.00 Pump ran 4 to 6 hours

800.00 Pump fan knocked out seal during unit service. I had this pump in stock this May, only took it out of the box to use it last week. Now Whitebox doesn't just take care of this faulty pump. To get me back in business, they hand me over to Revane. I have a feeling this isn't a problem with Revain. This is obviously due to a poorly designed pressure seal. I would not recommend buying this TR21 pump or buying anything through Whitebox.

I bought this pump at an air conditioner store.

I bought this pump in an air conditioning store in 2012 and in three years I had only 12 repairs. On my last overhaul the pump stopped working and unfortunately they only give you a one year warranty so my money wasted. My advice: do your research better before investing in this pump. I've kept up with the maintenance and cleaned the screen at every regeneration and only used the filter drier when it was burned out.
