Not many brushes are the best in power tools

Over the years I have carried several of the smaller 1-1/4 inch dusting brushes, I prefer them to the nozzle when vacuuming upholstery or carpets. and they are less likely to scratch hard surfaces they collide with. This 2-1/2 inch dusting brush has a thin and thin row of brush material on the outside that's so flimsy that the hard and sharp plastic underneath makes contact with what you're vacuuming! Not suitable for leather upholstery or similar. Don't buy this.

Pros
  • Wet and dry vacuum
Cons
  • Light maintenance

Lean Bristles: Power Tools and Hand Tools

Don't buy this junk. I made the mistake of thinking that by buying the Craftsman brand I could be sure the brush was the same quality as my Craftsman store vacuum many years ago. There are few bristles, far from destroying the brush, and will not scratch the surface when vacuuming. There's even a half-inch gap between the bristles! Revain should discontinue this product immediately as it is a cheap fake. Next time I will read reviews and not rely on the Craftsman brand as a guarantee of…

Craftsman 2 1/2 " Sears Craftsman Shop Curved Vacuum Brush Head

Of course I read most of the reviews on this product before I ordered it. The brush's fibers are empty. I think it should It has to be like this during the production process. I'm sure this small area doesn't affect the suction or cleaning ability of the brush in any way. My Craftsman 16 gallon vacuum is so powerful that it doesn't even notice. I guess , this vacuum brush is worth the nominal price I paid for it.The shipping was even updated to let me know it was shipping faster than originally

Hard to find but a necessary addition to my Sears shop vacuum.

I've been looking for this item for years and I'm thrilled to have found it. Tip: Our 30 year old Sears vacuum hose has different diameters at each end. Make sure you measure the right end to make sure it fits. The quality has suffered, like almost everything else today, but it works well and I expect it to last, but I bought a spare anyway.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Dull packaging

Poorly made. - Power tool

Correct diameter. Works with my new Craftsman wet vacuum. (I thought it was funny that my expensive new vacuum didn't come with this attachment!) Thought it was quality by ordering "Artisan" instead of a fake. The reviewers are right. Poorly made. Two sections with no bristles around the hole on my new brush. Not enough bristles. Not comparable to the old brush I was looking to replace.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions

Not many brushes in power tools

Over the years I've worn through a few of the smaller 1-1/4 inch dusting brushes, I prefer them over the attachment when cleaning upholstery or carpeting and they are less likely to scratch hard surfaces they face. Works fine but would like more bristles

I bought this brush head to replace a similar brush head I had on my Craftsman. The old brush head was thicker and had more bristles. Cleaning surfaces has become easier and more pleasant. This attachment has fewer bristles and tends to hit the plastic edge if you press down on the bristles while cleaning hard-to-reach areas. The nozzle looks well built so let's see how long it lasts. The original bristle head has lasted over 20 years with fairly heavy use. Eventually it got so dirty that the…
