Pros: This gutter cleaning kit makes gutter cleaning easy and requires no ladder. The only downside is that if you have tar sand from your shingles that has settled in your gutter and then gets wet, it becomes hard and cannot be removed with a vacuum; it must first be loosened with a brush. This device definitely sucks up leaves and co. Cons: The bent part is made in the USA, but all other components are stamped "Made in Mexico".

The ends fit my Ridgid vacuum and the length with the extended hose (sold separately) makes it easy to reach gutters. I have used this unit with a 6.5 HP Wet & Dry Vac. After a few moments of "mastering," I moved down a set of gutters (a one-story ranch) and vacuumed out bits of wood. Lots of wood debris. By adding this product to the 2 segments that came with my wet and dry vacuum I was able to clean all my gutters in less than an hour including the time to unload the vacuum from the shop twice. that these parts need to be combined. In my first set (a few years ago), the extension tube was too small to fit the 2-1/2" Shop Vac hose. In this case, the elbow won't fit the extension tube. Also, most of today's ones are Vacuum cleaners with 1-7/.8" hoses instead of the old 2-1/2" hoses. I would give this 5 stars but you actually need a 3rd 20" extension to get to the high 1st floor gutters and that only comes with 2 20" extensions.
