🍷 Le Creuset Classic Corkscrew and Foil Cutter Gift Set for Table Review

Screwpull corkscrew and foil cutter are great! Unless you have a completely rotten cork, the corkscrew will never fail.

Our old one broke and we were looking for a new one. The old one was "screwed on", this is Le Creuset. Not sure if the last company bought it but it works like a dream. Many Thanks.

We have a Screwpull and we love it. It was a present for someone else. This is a very simple design, but the cork comes out easily and the cork rarely gets into the wine. We highly recommend this.

corkscrew works perfectly. but the storage on an unbalanced light plastic "knob" is really terrible. I want better storage for a foil cutter and corkscrew. No space for a foil cutter either! Your company should be ashamed for ignoring storage!

Do not buy. The photo shows the metal version of the foil cutter. However, you get a plastic version of the foil cutter that is anything but durable. The illustration of a foil cutter and a corkscrew shows a metal foil cutter. The other picture shows the actual foil cutter you will receive. They are not the same.

After 20+ years of loyal service, our old screwpull broke, so we ordered this replacement. While Le Creuset claims nothing has changed from the old model, the new version wasn't made from the old model's durable ABS plastic, as shown in the product image - it was cheap, shiny plastic that looked and feels fragile felt like this. In fact, with casual use, the new one lasted less than a year before snapping in half where the handle meets the case.
