Mine boost voltage

Glad I checked the voltage before I connected anything. For some horrible reason it accepts 24v to 51v. Definitely a quality control issue or something

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Works great for me - Power Converters

I've only used one so far but it works great for dropping the voltage from 20V down to 1.5V to power an LED bulb take care of. The adjustment takes a long time to get there and can be done accurately.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Only available in black

Tested on 02/20/2018 and none of the 10 boards.

Tested on 02/20/2018 and none of the 10 boards worked. The return date was October 2017 so I am planning to salvage some of the parts and make a collage of the parts as a warning to stop buying from this supplier.

Pros
  • Quality build
Cons
  • Easy maintainability

don't buy this garbage!

Tested several modules and NONE works! The output voltage was slightly lower than the input voltage. I've tried regulating both input and output voltage, I've tried with and without a load connected. Save your money, don't buy this junk!

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Functionality

Works well, test on a DMM and fix the pot with hot glue after adjustment

This worked well for my hobby applications for example. arduino/raspberry pi and 2S lipo/8cell nimh applications. I usually output 5V or 3.3V. If you care, it has a really "high" quiescent current, ie 5-10mA, but I guess it wouldn't matter/would be anything else to most people choose if you would care. Just look at the data sheet and maybe then confirm if the claims are legal.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Works great, but you need a way to do the .

Works great but you need a way to get the voltage right before you start using it. It took a few turns of the adjustment screw for my boards to start registering the downward adjustment. If you ordered them and find they don't work, you may need to add a few turns of the adjustment screw before you see the reduction work. I have these little boards that work with a little USB. Camera, LED lamp and a few other small projects. Great for the price.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Transparency
