NOT for Mercedes CLK 350 2006

Information about this filter is not correct. It doesn't fit 2006 Mercedes CLK 350. So I had to send it back and I wasted time. The 2006 tank has a filter that is completely different from this filter. However, it seems that many online sellers have incorrect fuel filter information for the 2006 Mercedes CLK 350. So be aware.

Great value for money, no specs or info.

In my opinion, this is an often overlooked part of regular maintenance. Helped my high mileage Mercedes as it had the original works car before I replaced it with this one. When I drained the petrol from the old filter, the liquid/petrol came out completely black, opaque and nasty! So obviously it had to be replaced. Only giving 4/5☆ because I'm not entirely sure about the quality and durability and the lack of instructions and + or specs/performance data. I was tempted to buy another one just…

Check Valve Error *UPDATE*

UPDATE: I was contacted by customer support after I posted my first review. I have to say that the company really stands behind their product and I am very satisfied with the after-sales service solution. I will use their products again with more confidence. I am changing my overall rating to five stars. First Check: The check valve on this fuel filter failed after about 10 months (6,000 miles). The fuel pressure drops to zero after the fuel pump shuts off. This leads to long starts due to the…

Took less than a year compared to 18 years for the original

I purchased this product for my 2002 Mercedes C240 as a low cost OEM alternative (under $10 vs over $30 for the original) . However, what I saved in money I more than spent in time as I had to replace this one with a new one in less than a year. My OEM lasted over 18 years before it was replaced (planned, not out of necessity). With this filter my car would sometimes not start no matter what the weather and fuel delivery felt restricted. Eventually he just gave up and my car ran out of fuel. I…
