The caramel was not what I got from etae. It was chalky and crunchy and crumbly, not at all smooth and rich like honey! I mentioned IT DOESN'T WORK. DROPPED MY HAIR 10X DRYER AND LOWER ALMOST AS IF YOU HAD PUSHED MY SOFTNESS. SHSMPOOO AND CONDITIONER HALF COMES DUE TO CRUSH INJURIES IN THE BOTTLES. FIND ANOTHER SELLER!

E'Tae does not sell any of its products on Revain so be careful! The Carmel deep conditioner was brittle and I used it anyway and my hair was so matted I had to cut it. I got my money back but not the length of my hair.

Didn't meet my expectations. I haven't experienced great results as my target products. When I used it on my daughter's natural hair it helped a little but not enough to be happy about it. The air conditioner ended up being thrown out because it attracted so many ants! I would still recommend trying it though. Your result may be different

The item arrived on time but was defective and expired. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase. I want to return the money.

I have never had a problem with this product. The only downside is that it's not vegan but works wonders for my curls. I can straighten my hair without worrying about ruining my curls. If anything, it lets my curls look a little loose while defining each curl pattern.

First I went to the salon and they used that, it was $80 for the treatment. My hair has never looked better, but I didn't want to pay $80 every time I wanted my hair straight and frizz-free.
