Well, the light on the mirror no longer works. Bought the item in September and died in January. I even swapped out the batteries to double check and nothing. Total disappointment and waste of money. I bought this mirror mainly for the light. I would like my money back but I'm pretty sure the return period has already passed and I'm just stuck with a broken product.

Mirror does not lay flat when folded/folded. The connectors are twisted just enough that it is always at an awkward angle when in use or when folded. A few more seconds of assembly would have made for a good bang for the buck here. The light is bright enough but I would not recommend this product at all.

Poor quality. Looks and feels cheap. Despite the flimsy construction, it hasn't fallen apart, but it's not wearing badly either. I only kept it because I didn't send it back. But once I installed it, I regretted it. The light doesn't go out completely, it just stays on. Sometimes the switch doesn't work at all.

I ordered it for my wife after seeing it online. There have been some life events that have taken up my time and I only got around to installing it tonight. Fresh AAA batteries tested at 1.5V or higher and the LED ring does not work. My fault for waiting so long to install, but the warranty ended on October 17th. If you take the risk, make sure it works right away. although I'm not sure how long it will last.

I bought this because I don't have enough light in my bathroom to put makeup on properly. The mirror does not illuminate anything. It creates a halo, but there is literally no difference between mirror light on and off; My face is only illuminated by the main mirror in the bathroom. Also, the arm is rather short. The screws that came with it weren't long enough to go through the drywall and into the rack. Also, drywall anchors are cheap and don't hold up very well. Luckily I can make with my hands and I have a lot of things on hand. We put one screw in a stud and the other in a good drywall anchor and it held up pretty well. The design is terrible. There are 3 very small screws around the perimeter that need to be removed to insert the batteries. It was painful to put them back in place and I consider myself quite skilled. I'm sure I'll be disappointed when the time comes to replace them.
