I love it! I use them in my smoothies every day.

I love her! I use them every morning in my smoothies on the way to work and have never found smoothies too thick for a straw. I would describe the consistency of my drink as "medium" in thickness - definitely thicker than milk, but blended in a way that it doesn't contain any large chunks of fruit or ice.

Pros
  • paper and plastic
Cons
  • weak

Thin-walled straws break with use

Don't buy them. They look good from the outside but don't work at all. If you try to drink a thick liquid (like a smoothie or milkshake) out of it, the straw will fall in instead of getting the drink into your mouth. The plastic is just too thin. A larger diameter is just ONE of two things needed for a useful milkshake straw.

Pros
  • Straws
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Don't work for shakes and smoothies.

They are 100% out of order for what they advertise, cocktails. Simply put, they break down more than a fast food straw. A very big problem, they are too thin. I doubled them for the same problem. They work for fizzy drinks, but the packaging advertises shakes and smoothies. Why do they say they're perfect for thick drinks, that's exactly what they fail 100% of the time. This is from Goodcook.

Pros
  • Disposable Drinkware
Cons
  • Expensive
