Fits cedar fence

I was looking for something to fit a new cedar fence I was installing. Couldn't find anything stainless other than screws at Home Depot or Lowes. I ordered them on Friday and they arrived on Monday. Worked great!

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Work as advertised.

These nails were used to hold boards to a cedar fence. Galvanized nails leave black streaks after a few years. The only difficulty I had was that they are stainless steel, they are soft. If you allow the nailer to deviate too much from a straight line, it will bend.

Pros
  • Practical Stuff
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared

exactly what i needed

the packaging in a plastic bucket on a cardboard box is very practical so that the nail stands do not break during transport or on the construction site. everything works great, no misfeeds or bent/broken claws. Best side nails I've found for the price! Just bought 3 more boxes.

Pros
  • permanent test results
Cons
  • little things

Good stainless steel nails

I've driven 2 boxes of these nails through a 21 degree Numax nail gun with no misfeeds. In general I am very satisfied. Quite expensive but I really wanted stainless steel for my cedar fence. I like plastic boxes much better than ordinary boxes. I would recommend them if you are looking for stainless steel fencing nails.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Working speed

Cedar picket fencing on finished fence posts

These nails were great for use with a frame nailer (although I hand hammered a few in tricky spots) for a large fencing project. We needed to attach standard cedar picket fence posts to finished 4x4 fence posts and finding the right nails for this wood combination took some research. These nails were recommended and have worked very well. They will not discolor the pickets over time, and the ring bars should minimize their movement during Michigan's heat-thaw cycles. Very satisfied.

Pros
  • Easy to read panel
Cons
  • Repairs

Return paper strips

For some reason the last 3 or 4 nails on most strips don't shoot and I end up wasting them which is a waste of money. Also, I'm not happy with the bits of plastic that crash into the tree with the nail. Looks like I'll go around and tighten them with needle nose pliers. However, I cannot find these nails in strips of paper.

Pros
  • Ring shank nails
Cons
  • Not sure

Cedar Picket Fencing on Machined Fence Posts
