🌱 Healthex Cervical Neck Roll Pillow: Memory Foam & Bamboo Cover for Effective Support and Pain Relief in Sleeping Review

Arrived on time but when I opened the box it had a stain (ew) - see photo. Annoyed but I'll repack, take to UPS store and send back in hopes the new one won't be needed.

Reusable pillow but not for the neck or any cervical spine, it's just too hard and uncomfortable. Remember that since you bought this item, the price has increased three times in just a few days. Pay special attention to the price of the items in your shopping cart as you save for a later purchase. Sometimes the price mysteriously increases after some of my purchases.

It's like a soft forearm under your neck. It's comfortable, but not what I expected. It's soft but springy. That is, it deforms easily, but quickly returns to its original shape. When you lie on it, it doesn't take the shape of your head/neck. Instead, your neck always pushes down and always backwards. It's more comfortable than I thought it would be, but a little more than what would be ideal for me. It works though, and I'm pretty picky.

I bought this neck roll to treat my neck. My chiropractor has a stretch neck exercise program. I did them intermittently. I take the pillow off at night and only use it for about three months. My chiropractor is amazed at my progress and how much the curvature of my cervical spine has improved. My X-ray proved it. I would recommend it to anyone doing this type of treatment. Essentially, you do the exercises passively for hours, not minutes.

This is a great product! I have neck and back problems and I can't seem to find a pillow to solve both of these problems. My sister (masseuse) recommended I try one of these pillows. I had a suspicion that the memory foam was too hot, but the bamboo cover kept the pillow cool throughout the night (I sleep "hot"). I love this pillow! I got it because I had neck pain while sleeping and since using it I feel like my pain has gotten a lot better. I sleep in a rotation - I sleep on my back, on my side, on my stomach - and it definitely works best when I'm on my back and my side! This pillow is also great for lumbar support.
