Impressive customer service

I don't usually write many product reviews. HHIP's customer service has really impressed me. That's why I want to participate in the evaluation. I bought a perforation set two years ago. After using them occasionally on my hobby projects, I found that the prints on his stand weren't very clear. I have contacted HHIP. They responded quickly and offered a replacement. I believe this is top notch product support on par with some much more expensive brands like Woodpecker, Incra, Leevalley, Vertas…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

You get what you pay for.

Well, as they say. "You get what you pay for". They were very cheap compared to the American versions and it shows. The very first use I had with one, it first dropped the tip onto the concrete floor from a very short distance, about 3 feet, blunting the tip significantly. They are not very hardened and dull much faster than, for example, the more expensive American version. However, they cost about 1/5 the price, so like I said, before you pay less, you get less. As long as you don't drop them

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Legacy model
