Terrible product, don't waste your money!

Don't waste your money on this product. Originally ordered 4, all broke after a few uses. Replaced these 4 and the same thing happened with the second group. Great idea but lousy product. A total waste of money and Revain should check this off their list! See photo left with a toothpick in the gap around the glass. Another photo shows the liquid flowing from one glass compared to another.

Crack on First Freezer

One of the jars on the first freezer was badly cracked, the crack was about half an inch at its widest point and extended 50% of the circumference of the jar. Apparently this is a common thing for them. It's hard to believe this can happen to a product meant for freezing, especially when it costs $10 a jar. It seems that determining the percentage of expansion of a freezing gel would be a fairly simple technique, but I don't think so.

Cool mugs! Buy several!

These mugs are amazing! I have two and they stay cold after more than one glass of wine. But if one thaws because I'm outside, I have a spare in the freezer. They were a gift for me and I think any wine lover will love that they stay cold even after multiple servings because we all know wine is like potato chips: you can't just eat one! Good idea, but the smell is repulsive. It takes a long time to become weak enough to be usable.

They work as advertised and chill your white wine in a glass pretty quickly. We've had them for a year now and they're just starting to get rid of the plastic chemical smell that interferes with their use which is why I'm only giving them 3 stars. I'm not sure if a magic solvent would have eliminated the "new plastic" smell sooner without damaging the plastic. We tried cleaning them with dish soap and lots of water but the smell didn't go away, it must be a property of the plastic itself. If…
