I have ordered two shower scrapers. I had to replace one because the suction cup wasn't sticking to the wall. the one I got in exchange didn't work either. I smeared it with petroleum jelly hoping it would create suction. it does not work. I have one sitting on the floor now. What am I doing wrong? Is it possible to get another suction cup without returning the entire product? I was going to order two more for my daughters but I doubt the suction cups will not stick to the shower wall. Thanks…

I really wanted this wiper but it has some design flaws. Here's what I found, in no particular order. 1. The hole in the handle for hanging the wire loop is too small, making it inconvenient to hang on the hook.2. The handle is too thin for the size of the wiper, making it inconvenient to use.3. The blade material is too stiff and not perfectly straight, meaning you have to press down quite hard to get a clean shot. The handle (see point 2 above) makes this difficult.4. The mop on this tool has been replaced with a poor quality material and I cannot recommend it so I am returning it.
