Great product, easy to connect and looks great! I actually bought 2 blue ones for the front and a red one for the back. which is connected to my brake light and lights up when I press the brake pedal. I am very happy with them.

On the E92, the 328i does what it's supposed to do. Remember that the area it is to be applied to must be clean and free of debris. Clean the surface with alcohol and apply pressure instead of just pressing. You will get better results, this is the second car I've done this on. Spice Wire into the license plate wiring and it's easy to do.

The light looks amazing on the car but if like me you are using it on the hood badge you will need to make some minor changes to the badge. The emblem on the trunk would look great in the light, but the emblem on the hood is slightly larger. I had to cut the chrome ring around the badge to fit the light.

Overall I would say this is a great product for the price and it definitely stands out and people often ask me where I bought it. Two minor things that I think could be better are the handle and the LED placement. There are only two LEDs inside, so you have to try to place the light as best as possible to get the maximum amount of light around the ring. Currently I can see that it is not that bright on the left and right. I think this can be fixed by adding and placing two more LEDs. The holes…

The description of the item should be more detailed and specific to BMW that in order for the BMW emblem to be placed in front of this ambient lighting, two holes must be drilled to accommodate the two legs of the emblem. Installed in my 2014 BMW X3 28i. Looks great, but it's not easy. For starters, the rear BMW badge doesn't come off, aside from the silver mount. Place painter's tape around the painted surface and pry off the entire silver assembly. My assembly came off fairly easily with no damage. The BMW emblem protrudes from the inside. There are no serious complaints about the product. This item can be easily installed AFTER you have done your research. Not all badges and plaques on the trunk of a BMW are the same. Some require more or less work to remove. In my case I had to remove the entire medallion and take the BMW badge out of the medallion.
