controls my waves with styling products

Lots of gel stuck to the inside of the tube. Here's a hint. When the gel stops coming out, cut off the top of the tube with scissors. You can put your fingers in and get more out of it. You can use a clothespin to close it to keep it from drying out. With this product I can control my wavy hair. Without them I look like I just got out of bed all day. I like the animal free aspect. No need to harm animals for glamour.

  • Absolutely amazing!

A bit dry but effective

This gel seems quite dry to me. My hair roots are fine - my hair is thin, it looks flat if I don't wash it every day and it makes my hair look alive for another day. However, the gel dries out too much on my already dry and slightly damaged hair ends. I like that it is not tested on animals and the price is reasonable. If your hair tends to flatten out at the crown, that's great, but make sure you trim the ends too.

It's not bad. suitable for styling products

This product wants to be really good. i love the ingredients. Something is missing for my hair type. I think it's too stubborn in the sense that it doesn't allow my wavy, fine hair to get the flexibility it's used to. I was hoping it would add spring, bounce, and definition to my hair, but it ended up being about 50 percent. Mixing it with sleep that doesn't weigh my hair down gives me a little more slack. It's a mind gel. It washes off easily. I think this is best for naturally very curly…

If you want to use more than

So I switched to a more natural lifestyle in general for many reasons. Then I started reading stories here and there about some of the gels that cause cancer in humans. In fact, I used one of those brands. This scared me to death so I did a little research on the gels. My hair is beautiful, long, wavy/curly and thick but prone to frizz. It loses definition during the frizzy phase and I needed a gel that could soothe my hair, add shine and restore definition when needed. So when I ordered this I

Doesn't make my hair soft.

I ordered it because I used to make hair gel from boiled linseed. This gel was the best. My hair became soft and shiny with clear curls and no frizz. However, it quickly deteriorates. So I decided to buy this one. Although this gel contains flaxseed, it doesn't make my hair as soft or shiny as flaxseed gel. So I'm not that happy with it. I guess I'll have to make my own flaxseed gel and buy a preservative.

Better than expected and cruelty free ^^

When trying to find products to help define my waves and this product hit the mark. :) When I first used it I didn't use much, maybe a coin sized amount, worried it would be dry or crunchy/sticky and that helped a little but wasn't entirely satisfied. The next time I wash, I applied coconut oil to damp hair and then added a damp mouse and a quarter of that amount. I am very happy :) My hair has not looked so beautiful in a long time. The waves are softly shiny and defined. The first photo is…

  • About

All my allergies seem to get worse with age. I always use the same gels from Kenra (17 firm) and Paul Mitchell (red for strong hold and purple for extra body). But I get patches of blisters around my eyes that don't usually appear when I don't use gel. So I decided to try something with fewer chemicals. It has been suggested that triethanolamine, found in all three gels above, is the culprit. This is not included in Jason's product. I'm no chemist, but Jason's most active ingredient appears to…
