After reading many reviews about many batteries I took a chance and bought them for my garlands. When they arrived, which by the way took a very long time, I was concerned that there was no production or expiry date anywhere on the packaging. I read that this is a problem. So I picked 6 random ones from the pack and tested them with two different voltmeters. None had the full 1.5V as stated here, in the description and on the packaging.
