Ready to use

Great product from Milton, tested against an old and trusted manual and digital gauge and they all read the same. Even if it weren't, being able to calibrate the Milton is worth it. Worth the money except this thing breaks completely - I'll probably have it forever.

Fantastic tire service!

I grew up in the '60s and got my first job at a Texaco gas station. This tire inflator is as high quality as it used to be in full service gas stations and auto repair shops. Made in the USA and with quality like this I haven't seen them in many years. Most Chinese junk. I know this will expand what is left of my life far beyond. Best tool purchase in years!

Just poorly designed junk. Used in a tire shop.

This product lasted about two weeks with normal use in our tire shop before the cartridge kingpin started leaking badly. We asked the local auto parts store to put a stop to this so we can get more life out of it. A week later it's stuck at 90 pounds and you're done. If you use it twice a year it might work for you. But it's not meant for real use. Cheap junk under the old name.

Works great best under tools and gadgets

I bought this air blower for several reasons, firstly because I have five cars with air tires so it gets used a lot. In my opinion, using this type of inflator is easier than lugging around an air hose, pressure gauge, and stool. I am 71 years old so unnecessary kneeling and bending should be kept to a minimum. The manometer has a good magnifying glass, so the air pressure is easy to read and reproducible. The device is reliable, well made and made in America. Delivery was quick and the…

The best money can buy.

I have read all the reviews and looked at other products. My brother has a Milton that belonged to my father who was the chief mechanic for the US Air Force and Los Angeles City General Services. He worked on garbage trucks, and they all used Miltons. As other reviews have mentioned, you can easily disassemble the air cartridge and use a round file to remove burrs on the edges where the hose goes through. You get a quality product at a reasonable price because they save a corner or two in…

Don't buy used. It drips worse every time I use it!

Quality Milton pumps, I've had no problems with mine at work for several years when I bought a new one. However, I bought this "used" for the home and was very disappointed. First they sent me an inflator with a 6" double ended which isn't much but it's not what I ordered. Second, when I wanted to use it, it dripped like a strainer from the swivel at the end of the hose. 100% my fault for missing the return deadline but disappointing nonetheless. I need to get a new hose for that. I would buy…

Don't worry about anything else. This is an amazing air cartridge.

I LOVE IT! This air liner is amazing, it's so well engineered you can beat a bear to death and still inflate a tire to 80psi. and found that they mostly die out afterwards. I am 51 and have pumped up tires for a very long time and have never had an air liner as good as this. I've had a lot of really good cartridges, but over the years they've all ended up in the garbage heap. Then I went in search of a new air cartridge that would outlive me, and I found it. That's all. It has a cool pressure…

Finally an accurate sensor!

I was looking for a blower with a built in pressure gauge to inflate my car/bike tires. I originally bought a much cheaper one from HF but ended up sending it back because the sensor was very inaccurate. I thought, what's the point of having a built-in sensor if you can't trust it? Then I bought this Milton brand inflator. I was a bit hesitant at first because of the price but I think you get what you pay for. This thing is solidly built! I just hooked it up last night and there are no leaks…
