Well this vacuum started off great. I vacuumed the whole room of my house. When I unplugged it and moved it to another room, it wouldn't turn on again. Tried multiple outlets in my house, even checked the one it was originally in for obstructions, nothing. Apparently the power switch is defective. After 2 hours of use. Don't waste money.

The best little vacuum cleaner ever! Light weight, excellent cleaning and a great solution for the kitchen. I used my Shark Navigator for the first time tonight. I was amazed and shocked at how much dirt and pet hair he collected from my carpets. I clean houses and my clients who have sharks love them. I also volunteer at a cat adoption center. The shark we use there has been used twice a day every day to clean up cat hair and litter for over a year and it still works. I bought this vacuum cleaner about 10 months ago to use in a 1200 square meter townhouse. Feet with hardwood floors below and carpet above. I was very impressed when it first arrived.
