For the squeamish, there is an ingredient that some people may also be allergic to, although it's pretty low down the list and it's called diazolidinyl urea. I bought this as a shampoo - mainly because it is sulphate free. However, it smells SO good, which is why I was tempted to use it as a body wash. It left my skin hydrated and "comfortable" (winter makes my "60+" skin dry and uncomfortable). After using it I expected it to weigh my hair down but it doesn't. It leaves it soft and light.
