【Premium Quality Material 】Made of high quality solid K9 Optical Glass material, provide the great value of clarity and transparency, furthermore the edges are polished for safe use. 【Standard 1/4" Threaded Hole】It can be mounted on a stand, tripod or magic arm, precisely positioning the prism or place in front of the lens to release your hands when photoshooting. 【Gifts For Photographer】A surprise prism gift as photography accessory to create cool refraction in photos. It can also be a gift for kids to create light rainbow effect for teaching light spectrum. 【Camera Prism Photography】Its great idea to add some creative effect in photo, film or video. Such as rainbow colors, dreamy looks, beautiful reflections or light flare which you don't even need to use Photoshop. 【Use Tips】When you want the rainbow color, please use direct natural sunlight. Artificial light, especially LED flashlights or LED and fluorescent bulbs maybe just have a very limited spectrum, not even. If your lens gets a bit crazy trying to focus, remember to switch to manual. It is recommended to use a lens of 50mm or more, more than 70mm is better.

Find a real glass prism, this is not the right thing.

This is bad quality. It has some kind of coating and got horribly scratched before it was even used, making it useless for photography and anything else. Find a real crystal/glass prism. This isn't the one.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • No performance

Great addition to your bag

The refraction of light looks beautiful with this prism and the 1/4"-20 mount is great. It's a bit heavy though, so be careful which mount you attach it to. Cheaper mounting arms cannot handle that much weight. I learned it the hard way. This is a versatile tool that you can use to create interesting images and effects!

Pros
  • Superb construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Does the job well, but no better

This is supposed to be a photographic prism, but instead it's a plexiglass triangle with a weird coating on it. It really doesn't capture light very well. I was hoping to use this to project a rainbow onto an object, but it doesn't work very well. There's a line on the cover that breaks it up, so there's some distortion. The word purity does not apply. The packaging was decent, but it comes in what looks like a cheap sunglass case. If exposed to heat for a long time, it becomes brittle.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick start guide
