hard and does not dry out

I really want to know who this clay is for. It doesn't dry out, but it's not very harmful either. It is definitely not for sculpting and drying and will never be sculpted by anyone under the age of 7 so this product is very confusing to me. I wouldn't recommend it unless you prefer a very harsh and non-drying tone.

Good reusable clay - may need conditioning

I've been using Van Aken Plastalina to make jigs and molds for years. A comment from new users is that these clays are often too dry and not pliable. Plasticine and Fimo often need conditioning before use, as they harden during storage. Plasticine, in particular, can be cut into strips and placed in a warm oven (the package specifically says "melts at about 150 degrees Fahrenheit") to soften it. If it's too dry, like with polymer clay, you can add a few drops of unscented baby oil (or aโ€ฆ

I really want to know who this clay is for. It doesn't dry out, but it's not very harmful either. It is definitely not suitable for shaping and drying and nobody under the age of 7 will never be able to shape it, so this product is very confusing for me. I wouldn't recommend it unless you prefer a very harsh and non-drying tone.
