Incomplete instructions

The instructions were easy to read but didn't say which side of the pump the hot water inlet was on, but we figured it out: there are 2 small arrows on the gray plastic to indicate the direction , into which the water flows, so hot water is connected following the direction of the arrows and of course cold water is connected on the opposite side. (The hot water inlet is on the same side as the electrical connection). Next comes the mount. When used correctly so that the weight of the pump is…

Smart, Savings and Convenience!

If there is no hot water circulation pump, it takes a few minutes to turn on the faucet or shower to provide hot water to the upstairs master bathroom. In fact, I was surprised by the quality of the PROZRTED smart pump. When I open the box I know this pump was easy to install. They provided the necessary accessories to install this pump under the sink. It has been designed to be installed at the furthest point from water entry. The pump had a built-in thermostat. When the water temperature…

You get what you pay for

I bought this based on the reviews after looking at other more expensive options that didn't look as 'smooth'. I also liked the idea of the remote control. Well it arrived with the wrong leads (they are marked 1/2 thru 3/8 but both ends are 1/2. So I had to run to the local hardware store to get new leads AND 3/8 thru 1) . /2 because my 3/8 leads don't fit the 1/2 T adapter. Go back, hook everything up (which to their credit is relatively easy and straightforward), and the T-adapters they…

Works great but normal use of a remote control wasn't built into the design

Hot water recirculation through the cold pipe from the highest faucet in the house is awesome. Who thought of that? Why didn't I think of this many years ago? Great for saving water. Some complained about hot or warm water in the cold pipe when doing this, which is logical, but for reasons I can't exactly explain, this hasn't happened with us - when the unit turns off (in our house it lasts about 2 minutes ), in all cold water taps we have cold water. And since most of our faucets are below the

Works great but requires the ability for 2 remotes to control a pump system

I would give 5 stars if it was possible to control the pump system with 2 remotes - one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen like the others (like Kenneth Coleman). I emailed the company about this and wondered if a universal garage door remote could be programmed to do this, but they didn't respond other than to say they would ask the engineers. If anyone has universal garage door distance learning they can try this, post your results here! Otherwise, this can be done with a smart switch…

Great new hot water recirculation option

I installed this three days ago and although I would normally wait months for a full review I wanted to post a review so people can read who can see the product and not sure if they should get it - like I was. Got it. I've been looking at the various options I have for getting hot water to my sink around the house. I looked at various water recycling systems including Lang and Watt pumps. Laing is ridiculously expensive ($300-$400) and the Watt system requires two different mounting points…

Great value solution for near instant hot water

PROZRTED Smart Circulation System for instant hot water with built in thermostat HBS24-12 I've had this pump for about 2 months now and have been really pleased. We recently moved into a 1988 one story home and found that the hot water in our master bathroom took forever. The house isn't all that big, but the water heater is in the garage and runs through a concrete slab to all the different hot water faucets, eventually reaching the main bathroom. Although we live in Florida, we elderly find…
