It may not be the original you are looking for.

I use these MP1584EN voltage stabilizers in projects all the time, this particular version (or clone) sold here is TERRIBLE. The picture in the description doesn't even match the version I received, but in principle the version with the DSUN stamp is bad, the version with the MH stamp works fine. Both boards test fine, but once you solder them into the circuit the DSUN version will fail. I bought these 5 packs and 3 of them broke after soldering, not sure if the soldering temp kills them or…

Better than I expected.

Better than I expected and incredibly small. I received them in the mail and realized how incredibly small they are. I immediately assumed they couldn't handle a 5v relay board with 4 decent relays on it. This was for an Arduino project in my car. The relay board draws 0.31A continuously when all relays are on. As a test, I connected the MP1584EN board to a +12V power supply and set it to 5.1V with a potentiometer. I then connected the relay board and jumpers so that all the relays are on. I…

A very useful DC/DC converter at a reasonable price.

5 transducers came in individual electrostatic envelopes in a tiny cardboard box, very nice packaging for such a low price. The input and output pads have through holes with a metal coating that allows soldering with good strain relief. As noted by other reviews, the adjustment potentiometer is tiny, but I was able to adjust the 12v input to 9.05v in less than a minute while trying to get 9v. Based on other reviews, I was very cautious with the potentiometer. , with a 1.5 mm Wiha slotted…

Dangerous high overvoltage at start.

Dangerous high voltage when starting. With a module set to 5V DC, I saw instant readings of 7 and 8 volts with my DMM immediately after powering up the module. When I check with my dual trace oscilloscope, it was indeed 8-10V. That's enough to fry a few chips. At the very least, it puts a strain on them and leads to an early death. With a misfortune, I decided to check everything from this supplier and another supplier that I have that are not installed in the device. All showed the same high…
