🔋 Rayovac D Batteries, High Performance Ultra Pro Alkaline D Cell Batteries (Pack of 6) Review

These Ray-O-Vac batteries appear to be sold as 'used', 'as is' or potentially damaged items. My batteries came with two or three of them dented in the battery compartment. I'm sure this is not normal, just as crushed cans should not be sold on store shelves. Other reviews of the same product contain the same information. Not recommended.

I received 2 packs of 6 on 08/22/20. The shrink wrap doesn't say alkaline, but the batteries do. The batteries I received expire in February 2029. I haven't used them so I don't know how long they will last. It was a good buy given the price, expiry date and delivery speed (Prime). I gave these batteries 4 stars because the packaging doesn't say they are alkaline.

I bought it on May 8, 2014 to use with a Coleman flashlight. As you can see it's been about 4 years and he's still working. I usually use a Coleman CPX 6 battery but I bought these Rayovac D batteries as a backup. Thank goodness I did that because we recently had a hurricane and the rechargeable cartridge died.
