They are of poor quality due to their high cost.

First of all. The 'new' unit I bought from Revain was clearly in use. It even had a label from the original buyer on it. The unit had a broken strain relief, but that wasn't a major issue for me at first. I used the machine first and it worked great. First I poured really hot water and then the internal heater kicked in and brought it to almost 190 degrees as advertised. It was very hot, the vacuum works great and sucks up most of the water with ease. HOWEVER, on the 3rd or 4th day of use, the…

Terrible product and even worse instruction manual

Let me start by saying that I am very disappointed in the product and the instruction manual. We can't get the water to flow out of the nozzle. Referring to the instruction manual it was a waste of time. The accompanying manual does not include a model number, manufacturer, email address, or phone number. The instructions do not provide any details on how to use or set up the product, just a list of things not to do. I think for the price paid the company will put in a little effort to make a…
