First of all. The 'new' unit I bought from Revain was clearly in use. It even had a label from the original buyer on it. The unit had a broken strain relief, but that wasn't a major issue for me at first. I used the machine first and it worked great. First I poured really hot water and then the internal heater kicked in and brought it to almost 190 degrees as advertised. Let me start by saying that I am very disappointed in the product and the instruction manual. We can't get the water to flow out of the nozzle. Referring to the instruction manual it was a waste of time. The accompanying manual does not include a model number, manufacturer, email address, or phone number.
