I want to bring back the best in my rating

Very very thin. Keeping your house at 75-80 degrees is good enough for pajamas. The fabric is thick, not soft at all. Feels very cheap. I was very disappointed. I can leave it for my kid to wear under the fleece as it is so thin. We keep our house at 70-68 in the winter so it won't be enough. I think it would be good for those who use portable blankets. My kid can't stand them.

    Pros
    • Like all
    Cons
    • Not her usual soft stretch pajamas. I usually love Carter's but these let me down.

    As expected in my opinion

I ordered 18 months and my 14 month old has started using them. Sure, they're a bit big, but he'll grow up in them. They are lightweight so they can be worn under a thick sleeping bag in winter. They have handles underfoot to keep them in place. It was the best value for money in pajamas. This brand never goes wrong with pajamas

    Pros
    • They were big...but better big than small...quite expensive.
    Cons
    • The loose fit is not suitable for babies who need tight-fitting clothing for safety reasons.

Very cheap fabric does not last

I bought these for my 2 year old this summer and they are a few years old now. The material rolls up a lot, they look like they're covered in down from collar to toe, and when you try to pull them off you realize they're stuck and still part of the overall. My little friend just sleeps in them and they take off right away in the morning, which doesn't mean wearing them all day every day.

    Pros
    • Love the softness and fit
    Cons
    • Nice design, terrible fabric.

Great jams! Nice and wide, but not very soft or stretchy.

Sweet, well-made dumplings. Not very soft stretchy and very thin. Good for summer evenings but not recommended for winter.

    Pros
    • impressively
    Cons
    • The fabric is covered with pill balls.

    Not what I expected

I love this clothing brand in general but these pajamas are not what I expected. They are not as soft as their other pajamas. such a rough and uncomfortable feeling that I immediately sent them back. Not sure if this is the norm for 12 months or longer but I think I need to start looking at different brands.

    Pros
    • Polyester jersey material is soft and gentle on baby's delicate skin, keeping baby comfortable all night long.
    Cons
    • No other color or print options

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

You get what you pay for

The price was good but after receiving it I quickly understood why the price was good. The material was a little rough and didn't stretch at all. The son crawls, and even after washing, the knees always fade. I don't know how long they will last but so far they are working.

    Pros
    • I like this
    Cons
    • They are not soft or fleece. I was disappointed. The patterns are cute though.

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

Quality went from great to rubbish

I bought these for my first son on Black Friday. Very well preserved, excellent quality. I bought more for my second son, very different fabric and quality. Terrible. Definitely not the usual Carter quality. After a single wash and tumble dry on a gentle cycle, they will fade and pill. So disappointed.

    Pros
    • Comfortable pyjamas.
    Cons
    • It's definitely not true to size and it doesn't have a zipper flap and the material isn't very soft.

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

    these don't stretch at all.

They don't stretch at all, I have to bend my kid's leg so I'm uncomfortable just to get his left leg in, and they're big for him so it's not a size issue.

    Pros
    • Small, the fabric does not bend, thin.
    Cons
    • Polyester material tends to trap heat, making baby uncomfortable and prone to overheating.

We've bought tons of other cotton briefs from Simple Joys by Carter and they've never been as diaper-like as these. I'm not sure if that's why they put this model up for sale when we got them but it's really disappointing how worn they are after my son only wore them once and we washed them. I even went back to the 18 month list we bought which was much nicer material with a bit of stretch to make sure I was ordering the right ones and that led me to the same list so I'm not sure why the 2T was

    Pros
    • Good
    Cons
    • You may injure your child's left leg while trying to place it as the material does not stretch.

    I love loose fits!

I've found that my 9.5 month old becomes irritable when he puts on tight pajamas after a bath and tends to goof around all the time. It really hurts trying to get your arm through those super tight sleeves while he's throwing a tantrum. Either way, he just seems happier in loose pajamas. I like how they still hug the ankle and aren't too baggy. I wish the Carters had a looser fit because I really love their kids wear!

    Pros
    • I like the elastic at the ankle to keep feet in place.
    Cons
    • Pajama seams can irritate or chafe sensitive skin during sleep, leading to discomfort and possible rashes.

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

super thin Doesn't keep baby warm at all.

We wanted warmer pajamas for the winter and t-shirts seemed to fit well. They were paper thin. As if my little one could tear them apart. Absolutely no chance to warm up.

    Pros
    • I liked that 18 months. were t-shirts. I like covered feet because they don't use blankets.
    Cons
    • I wouldn't buy them if you keep your house cold, they're practically transparent

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

    Really thin good for me

If you're buying them for colder weather I wouldn't recommend them. They're nice and all, but they're very thin and almost see-through.

    Pros
    • A pack of three pajamas gives parents multiple options and saves them from having to purchase different pajamas separately.
    Cons
    • A loose fit can cause your child to get tangled in their pajamas or find it difficult to move in them.

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

Nice but not what they advertise

This is NOT fleece. Judging by the photos and the description, it was fleece pajamas. You're very nice, but I live in Minnesota... it's cold here...

    Pros
    • Very nice 👍🏽…
    Cons
    • Se miran baratos, son baja calidad y el color espantoso.

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

    Looks like a fake

I have carried two babies almost exclusively in Carter's and have never seen such thin/cheap fabric on them - it shows through! I seriously doubt this is fake. I'll go back and buy something direct from Carter's website.

    Pros
    • My grandson looks so good in it, will buy again
    Cons
    • Cheap stuff. Started to shrink after one wash. They got really rough and prickly. We kicked out after a month.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    My son loves this!

Quality isn't great but my kid is obsessed with excavators so he wants to change into pajamas before bed because of the pressure, that's a plus! Good value for money.

    Pros
    • Leg design keeps baby's feet covered and warm throughout the night, reducing the risk of baby getting cold or waking up from discomfort.
    Cons
    • Polyester material may be susceptible to static electricity, causing child discomfort.

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

    Cheap, transparent fabric.

These pajamas are the worst quality I've seen from Carters given the price of the brand's products. The fabric was cheap, coarse, and see-through. Not soft or thick at all. Stay away from those pajamas unless you like wearing paper clothes for your baby.

    Pros
    • Nice and roomy for a chubby baby. Slightly larger than most 18 month old sleepers we have but better than undersized!
    Cons
    • I thought they were fleece pajamas, they are more for summer because the fabric is thin!!!!

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Not what I expected

My daughter loves them but they are not what I expected. I thought they were fatter. You're pretty thin. If you are looking for a winter pajama, this is more of a fall pajama. They're not the softest either. But my two year old is happy in them!

    Pros
    • This product was the perfect gift, soft and a perfect fit
    Cons
    • Too bad I didn't read the reviews.

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

Cheap stuff. Not like Simple Joys by Carters cotton pajamas.

Very thin. It's weird polyester. Not comfortable enough for a baby. maybe baby May be. Looks like the character's licensed pajamas, which you'll find in the kids section.

    Pros
    • Great fit
    Cons
    • Polyester material may irritate baby's skin.

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

    Not given for small babies...

Very disappointed with these sleepers. I thought since it's a Carters brand they would be nice and soft and stretchy (like you'll find at Target) but they were so tight and the fabric couldn't stretch or breathe. Not a fan. My baby is 8 months old but he is so chubby so he needs stretchy clothes and these don't fit him now as they don't stretch at all.

    Pros
    • They are cute and love how easy it is to dress up themselves for a wild child.
    Cons
    • The colors orange and green may not be for everyone and should not be combined with other children's clothing.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Large! my verdict: my rating

Plain t-shirt as a thickness. They are really loose so chubby babies will be comfortable. Handles on the bottom are not washed off. There is elastic at the ankle to keep the foot in the foot.

    Pros
    • For some reason I thought they were fleece but I'm still happy with them.
    Cons
    • I wanted polyester sleepers, but it's cotton 😕.
