No better drill bit in fastener

Haven't used them yet, they seem to be good quality but bought this particular brand because it comes with a drill bit. not mine. Ordered online due to social distancing, looks like I'll have to go to Lowe's after all.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • No automatic

Great value for money: Screws

They were delivered within 24 hours of ordering. Tight clasps consistently arrive fast enough to avoid wasting time in blue and orange shops sifting through a disorganized and limited selection of hardware to find what you're looking for in mid-size wholesale quantities. hour delivery. As a result, Snug has become the easy default choice. High quality blue screws. The value of the time saved when searching for groceries is the value for money of the product.

  • Absolutely brilliant!

GREAT SCREWS, BAD DRILL

Hardware is fine; You are excellent. But DRILL BIT was very disappointing. My goal was to drill 12 2" deep holes in the slab of my house (vintage 1965). I managed to drill two and a half holes before the drill stopped cutting. I drilled at slow speed, stopping every minute or so to let the bit cool down Considering I bought 100 screws I believe the supplier should send me replacements from another source.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Not bad for a cheap product

These are good for most applications but have some problems with extremely hard industrial concrete. The concrete was so hard that it wore down the threads before we could fully tighten them. But no problem, they were so cheap we just threw them away and brought home a new screw to finish the job. Make sure you use the right size Phillips screwdriver and concrete drill bit to avoid further trouble. They go through regular concrete like butter and hold up REALLY.

works for bluestone

I had some stone pillars on my patio that were topped with a piece of bluestone that I wanted to include. I used the drill that came with it. It was not easy. I had to apply a lot of pressure, but I was able to make the holes deep enough for these screws to fit. Can be screwed on tightly and is very durable. I have no problem with screws at all. If you have a better drill, such as B. a diamond drill, it is easier for you to drill the hole first. 5 stars for the screws, 3 for the drill but I…

As good as a standard Tapcon

I guess I didn't know Tapcons was a brand so wasn't expecting more when I bought it. You didn't disappoint us. They seem to have the same coverage, not much, and are a lot cheaper than "famous brands". I would equate this to buying RC Cola vs Coca Cola but I can really tell the difference and I like Coca Cola more. It looks more like grocery store corn than a green giant. I can't tell any difference, and it's significantly cheaper. Anyway, time will tell, but they seem like a solid and great…

Specify when receiving

Screws arrived quickly but not immediately. When I went to use them, I opened the plastic box and found a nice drill bit and a bag of screws. I opened the bag of screws and found the hex head screws instead of the flat ones I ordered. Required for fixing an aluminum sleeper to a concrete slab. Needless to say, the raised hex head just wasn't up to the task. The kit looks good but not what I needed or ordered and I didn't open it until I could return it. All I can do now is let you know so you…

Great screws, bad drill.

I bought this kit to hang the control panel on the concrete wall of my garage. Each wall panel has 6 mounting holes and I had to install 8 panels. I had to replace the drill bit after the 24th hole as it stopped cutting into the cinder block, just spinning in place and getting hot. As another reviewer noted, I bought 100 screws and expected the drill to go more than a quarter of the way through the box. They really should pack some beats in each box if that's the quality they're aiming for…

Fit well and hold up well.

I use them when the wood has "ripped out" and the screw won't hold (this often happens with trailer door jambs). The quarter inch version works better for this, but they also work well as long as the hole isn't too big. They're difficult to screw in (and if you use them, when you reinstall a screw you MUST drill a pilot hole, even in wood - I've used a few of these as a preventive measure on wood where nothing has been screwed before, and I needed something because they hold so tight compared…

Pros

  • There are other interesting options.
