Works really well for cleaning the house

I make a living cleaning the house. Many of my clients have water stains on their granite. I wanted to try this to see if it helps. It works really well! Me and my customers are very happy with the result!

This thing works - 18 year scale removed

Hard water has been collecting around my kitchen sink for about 18 years. I finally got my hands on a water softener and wanted to polish all my appliances and surfaces. That's why I bought this product to test it. As you can see, it works great on granite. Apply generously once to part of the countertop and leave on for one minute. Then rub with a nylon sponge. It removes most of the limescale from hard water and softens the rest. I use a razor blade to remove leftover fabric softener. this is

Finally one that works!

I have a plaque on the granite counter around the faucet. I spent about $100 on products that didn't work, ended up using a razor blade and got the picture on the left. It's better than before, but still not great. Then I found this - I rubbed it for maybe 3 minutes, cleaned it up and saw I was about halfway done. I vigorously repeated it for maybe 3 more minutes and the result is the image on the right. What you don't see is the dull finish around the faucet before I used this scrub - I…

DOES. NO. JOB. for house cleaning

I bought this product to clean my slate shower. After three cleanings on the same area of the test tile, there was no noticeable difference in hard water accumulation. I also tested it on my sink and figured I'd leave the product (despite the price) if it helped on that surface (faux granite). nope Nada. Haven't tried it on other surfaces but if you're looking for something to remove hard water stains on any of these surfaces BUY SOMETHING ELSE. Also, the seller's return policy is definitely…

Pros
  • Well built

worked fine

Works well in areas with slightly hard water deposits. The heavy sections helped tear it apart, but they had to be scraped off. I also used a stiff bristled electric drill brush and it worked well for small areas. It took a lot of scraping to remove the heavy areas, even after soaking in the tile for a while. Hard water was bad in my shower due to a leaking cartridge. It has been leaking since I moved into the 9 year old house. The assembly doesn't take long. I repaired the leak and also…

Works well with polisher, makes dark grout awful

This polish works well for removing water deposits from a black granite shower stall with a smooth finish. I use a Makita variable speed polisher, which is much faster and less painful than hand buffing. I don't think hand polishing will give the same results as a mirror clean tile. The only downside to this polish is its slightly creamy color, which ruins my black grout. Grout takes longer to clean than tile because everything needs to be hand brushed with a small, narrow brush. It is very…

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Something different

I have an ornamental granite from Giallo that has developed a significant amount of mineral deposits around the sink. I scraped it with utility blades, but while it took care of the more obvious scale, it did nothing to completely remove it or bring back the shine. We recently removed the standard 4 inch backsplash and replaced it with marble tile and I was determined to find a way to restore the sink area to its former glory, even going so far as to seek quotes for a professional polish. $200.

Pros
  • Nice to use
