Good budget option for some barrel nuts.

For locking a cylindrical nut. Great for this, seems to be the cheapest 1-5/16" crow's foot I could find. The chrome seems to be chipping on the inner jaw and the barrel nuts don't need to be torqued hundreds of foot-pounds, so I can't vouch for a heavier duty speak. Pretty happy for my use but I doubt it's "buy for life" quality.

Pros
  • Open-end wrench
Cons
  • Reliability

You get what you pay for!

First the packaging was opened and the item had to be returned. Second, there is a tear/fault around the perimeter of the 1/2" drive hole. That being said, you get what you pay for as this will never see more than a few uses and no more than 50-60ft. Pounds of torque, it was a good price but I wouldn't buy it for car and truck work where you really need to apply power.

Pros
  • Wrench
Cons
  • Upgrade Availability

Just right Good balance of cost and ease of use

Bought to fill the size gap between the two cheapest sets. I'm a heavy equipment mechanic using most Sunex sizes on a daily basis. They work well in most situations where significant torque is required in restricted areas. Fit, finish and strength were acceptable at a price well below what forklifts or industrial dealers will charge. Precisely.

Pros
  • Hand Tools
Cons
  • Having trouble

Nice tool, but a word of caution.

Quality tool but be warned as it may not be suitable for your application. I needed a wrench to tighten the barrel nut. However, due to the construction of the nut, the tool's teeth were too wide to fit into the nut's shallow slots. As another reviewer mentioned, I had to take this tool to a bench grinder to narrow the width of the tool's teeth. About 45 minutes after sparks fell on it, the tool fitted the barrel nut perfectly.

Pros
  • Power & Hand Tools
Cons
  • I don't really like it, it's ok
