Ideal for Travel Good for Health Monitors

This scale is best for travelers or anyone who needs accurate and consistent weight measurements but does not need a full size scale. I found this scale to be fairly easy to use, easy to read, and easy to take with me on my weekly business trips. I don't need any "bells and whistles". I just have to measure my weight accurately every day and leave the house every week. Ouch! And it's very durable without adding too much weight to my luggage. Great product and really great price.

What cute rubbish

Bought this scale as part of my regimen while on holiday. I read the reviews...I should have listened. I tested it before I went and it was accurate (as others have said) +/- 1.3lbs. But it was wonderful. I knew I had a basic level. It's stupid easy to use. Sit down... The scale turns on and when it reaches the weight, it blinks twice and after a while it turns off. It needs a little balance, but okay. It's small. The other day... it came up with 8888 and then shut down. I thought maybe the…

A+ accuracy Ideal for small rooms!

I've been comparing this small scale to my large Taylor scale for about 5 months. Both were on the bathroom tile floor, which is hard to find a flat spot for, but I managed. While the smaller scale is more difficult to step on, I've found that the best reading is when you step on it so that your toes are slightly off the edge where you can almost bend them around it. I would say that the two scales give the same reading about 90% of the time, sometimes the smaller scale gave a weight about 0.2…

It works, it fits, it's consistent. current

I wanted another brand because the reviews were mixed but this one is on sale by Revain so. I love its small size - it fits perfectly in the corner between the sink and the toilet in my tiny bathroom. I have women's shoes that are US size 6.5 and I can stand on them without having to strain too much to keep my balance. So far I haven't had the problem others have described of getting a different reading each time - I can turn it on and off three times in a row at the same time and always get…

The thing is small. I'm a male with shoe size 8.5-9 and standing in them takes some practice. In the "open" position (the glass moves apart), my toes dangled about an inch from the front edge. It was quite difficult to balance, so I learned to reach out and gently touch the wall or bathroom counter to get a reading. You must touch the wall or counter so that your finger's pressure is "sideways" and not "down" to avoid falsifying the readings. I learned to reach out and lightly touch the…

practice balance. for body weight scale

Just got ours. Currently in test mode. I will weigh several days first thing in the morning and compare to my full size digital scale. So far this Taylor is 1.2# bigger for me and 1.5# bigger for my husband. But we're still experimenting with posture and balance. It's ok as long as we do And it's consistent from day to day. I plan to take it with me when traveling so as not to return a few extra pounds. Protective case or box not included. Hmmm, now you have to build something or spend more…
