UPDATE 15 MONTHS LATER: I have used this pillow every night and have taken it everywhere including the Galapagos Islands and Italy. Now the material is so broken it no longer supports my neck (I use the flat side) and doesn't let me sleep well at night it's disappointing because it's quite expensive I'm looking for other options to replace it worked fine as long as the structure of the foam hasn't deteriorated.
