Cats definitely don't eat

Not sure if it tastes good or what. They're pretty big. A typical dose is 1/2 and I've tried grinding it up in her food and hiding 1/4 at a time in her pill pouch. With food. No, I simply refused to eat my favorite food. With a pill bag that she loves and eats daily, she pretty much gagged and threw it away. Too bad the ingredients look decent.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Terrible packaging.

When I opened the box, the product was initially open and partially spilled into the box. Additionally, the lid that covers the product is flimsy and lets in a lot of air - doesn't seal the product inside. Whether that had any impact on my dog's problems is hard to say, but my spider senses tingled when he appeared. I won't buy it again but will return to something like Zesty Paws.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Speed of operation

Suitable for dogs, not suitable for cats

The cat I bought this for doesn't want anything to do with it. They are huge and obvious to dogs. I cut it for her but none of the cats want her. Luckily I have a less picky dog who seems to think he's fine. I think he might eat them as a treat from time to time. They're not soft, I'm not sure if they're stale, but they're quite firm, but not crunchy like a hard cookie treat. OK for a dog but I wouldn't think they would work for every cat. Of the 6 in our house, none would eat it.

  • Quality construction

Extend the life and quality of life of your dogs.

I have a 9 year old dog. I checked my bitch at the vet before the start, her health was good, I had all the tests I will check, including the diabetic panel. I took the bottle and the vet approved product just in case. I examined her because I noticed that she was regularly lethargic inside and out, I brushed her teeth and her breath was terrible. I've been giving her these vitamins for 3 weeks now, she's chasing a cat indoors, chasing squirrels outside, running laps around the house and anโ€ฆ

This product is GREAT and my dog loves the taste. I don't like using powder because my dog doesn't eat all the time so I could never count on him getting the full dose. I've tried 2 other brands of chewable tablets and have had serious trouble getting products that contained 1/3-1/2 powder from tablets that dissolved when I dropped one on the floor they fell apart and turned into Powder. These little cubes are perfect for chewing this product. The price per serving size is also very goodโ€ฆ

Good quality product

I have been giving this to my dog for over a year now. I originally got it on prescription from my vet and was then glad to find out I could order it for myself from Revain - for less. I'm giving it four stars instead of five because I can't comment on its effectiveness specifically for liver disease. My dog has valley fever, not liver disease. Her medication is a powerful fungicide that can be very harsh on the liver, so my vet prescribed it to protect her liver and lower levels of liverโ€ฆ

My dog โ€‹โ€‹had two blood tests examining her liver.

My dog had 2 blood tests where his liver values (can't remember the exact names. Liver enzymes and something with the bile ducts?) were wrong suggesting he had some problems with biscuits. The vet wouldn't call it "liver damage" just yet, but he suggested this product, Liver Support, to try and prevent further deterioration. The next test, which she took 60 days later, showed completely normal numbers. I will definitely continue to use this product. Info: My dog is 13 years old, 55 lbs. Mixedโ€ฆ

I think it helped my dog โ€‹โ€‹who had liver problems.

My sweet beagle has been struggling with terrible liver values since March. My doctor recommended a dietary supplement that you CAN buy from Revain; came in a blister pack. Anyway, we used those 2 or 3 cycles and his liver values continued to decline. A friend recommended VetClassics Liver Support and said her dog is not doing well with the vet's recommendation but is doing well with VetClassics. I read similar reviews. So I'm here to confirm that my vet couldn't believe the liver values evenโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Durable processing
Cons
  • Not bad

This add-on really works. My dog's blood test came back and he had slightly elevated liver enzymes. The next blood test in a few months has become even more expensive. Then after a few months they went even further, which made me nervous given his age. My vet wanted me to try this but gave me chewy, soft pieces that turned rock hard as they were very poorly packaged. I got a couple from Revain to replace these because they were way cheaper and just to get them they were hard as rock so I wentโ€ฆ

Pros
  • . A few competitors
