I started using this product to whiten my front teeth before getting a first taste of a part. I ran 20 minutes on the 1st lap and found a good result. On the 2nd lap I only ran 10 minutes. I've only used this product 3 times so far and I definitely see a big difference. It's easy to use and you'll love the extra custom mouthpiece that fits your teeth perfectly. It was easy to shape and actually very pretty to look at. There's not a lot of flavor there. Tastes neither good nor bad. I only had a slight peroxide taste. The blue vitamin gel you use after that really helps with sensitivity so I would just add that to the kit. Otherwise 5 out of 5! I love this stuff!

The description on this page says that the gel should not be consumed. There are no warnings on the packaging or instructions on what to do if you swallow the gel, which I think is required by law.
