You get what you pay for. With the first hits, the stamp was hopelessly clogged. After some work I was able to erase some of the holes. The two-pronged puncher jammed before I even used it. I could tell that the inside of the teeth were rough and therefore unsuitable for pushing the punch pieces up and out. Consider another vendor for this tool.

I can remember why I chose this seller over many other round bit sellers on Revain but I gave them a try and was bitterly disappointed. When I opened the pocket they were in they looked good enough, I tried 2 prongs, made fairly large holes at 4mm intervals but everything was fine, then I took out the 6th prong, i think it was, I looked at the teeth. and they weren't in a straight line, they were in an arc! Totally useless for embroidery. but wait, that's not all! Two tines have just fallen out

This is my second time ordering these perforators. The first set was nice and sharp and I love the size of the holes they created. I had a hard time in my first set and decided to take another one and be kinder to him. Unfortunately, the 2nd crockery arrived boringly. So blunt that my old, very used set was sharper than the new set. For the price I'll see if I can sharpen them. So be careful. This company lacks consistency in product manufacturing. You can be disappointed or lucky.

Purchased from Long Time Trading. up to 5.5 oz heavily waxed, chrome-tanned leather. All of this was done with a 6 hole punch. I have tested other stamps and had no problems. The finish was a little rough but don't expect a pristine instrument at this price point. A set from a well known tool maker (in a size not available in those sets from Revain) is in my plans for the future, I'm very happy with it at the moment.

I bought these from every dealer that sells them on Amazon and I was in dire need of a 4mm kit for a new jig. I never bought from these people because of the reviews and the price was too cheap to expect something that would work. Lol from all the cheap kits I've bought that I've had to scrape metal shavings off of, drain all the oil from them down to the q-tip in the hole to lock the rails tightly to keep the handle from moving, holes all of them 2 hits clog.
