The Bitpay card was introduced in USA in 2016. It is the latest service for the Bitpay company. It allows you to convert your cryptocurrencies into Fiat money.
It allows customers to exchange Bitcoin for USD and vice versa. Their fee schedule is honest and transparent as it lets the customer know how to avoid the extra surcharges and fees.
There have been complaints from customers about failed transactions done on Bitpay cards and still they were debited for the transaction. Also some complained that they didn’t receive refund for the failed transaction.
