Bitpay USD is a debit card from the Bitpay company, where you can use your cryptocurrencies to exchange for usd and be able to withdraw in boxes accepted by the world. At first a good one for the crypto user, the problem is that this card has a lot of fees when it comes to trading and although they are very transparent on their page regarding their fee system they still charge a lot of fees on their conversions, this makes it somewhat expensive use by the user and still has fees for inactivity. Your customer support still leaves something to be desired, and it has to improve a lot in that respect.
