BitPay

It is a reloadable prepaid debit card, not a credit card. On prepaid debit card: funds are pre-loaded onto the card from another source of funds. The amount available on the card is the amount loaded on the card. The BitPay card is a prepaid debit card. This means that you cannot spend more than the balance at any given time. The BitPay Card is financed by converting cryptocurrencies to USD to spend anywhere Visa is accepted.



Pros
  • You can use your BitPay Visa® prepaid card in almost any online or commercial business that accepts Visa® debit or credit cards.
  • Your card is protected by the signature on the back of your card, as well as by a PIN that only you know.
Cons
  • If you do not use your BitPay Card for 90 days, you will be charged a latency fee of $ 5.00 USD each month until you use your BitPay Card again.
  • The BitPay card cannot be used in the following countries:Brazil, Cameroon, Colombi, Cuba and Romania.
  • The card cannot be used to carry out transactions in countries sanctioned by OFAC, the US Office of Foreign Assets Control. USA
